The ACTUS Claims services encompass analysing, preparing, and negotiating claims on behalf of clients to address issues such as contract variations, delays, and cost overruns.

Our consultants conduct thorough assessments of the contractual obligations, project documentation, and relevant regulations to build a strong foundation for claim submissions.

Additionally, they provide strategic advice, expert opinions, and support in dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Our objective is to minimise risk, maximise entitlements, and facilitate the resolution of complex construction-related disputes in a manner that aligns with the client’s best interests and objectives.

The claims team will thoroughly review all available project documents to ensure that all opportunities are considered and will utilise the same to enable the preparation of robust and evidenced claims.

One of the first starting points of our claims is to assess what has actually driven the critical path of the project and then track back on these driving delays in terms of supporting with evidence and contractual entitlement.
