ACTUS processes and pursues clients entitlements through the Construction Industry Payment Adjudication Act (“CIPAA”) within Malaysia. CIPAA provides a legal framework for prompt payment adjudication of payment disputes, and enforcement of payment decisions. With the overall intent of preventing delayed payments and payment disputes in the Malaysian construction industry.

ACTUS will take clients cases and prepare the necessary forms and robust evidenced documents in order for clients to pursue CIPAA and attain a prompt adjudication decision on a payment disputes. ACTUS services can be advisory or full service provision by making the application and pursuing the matter on the clients behalf.
